Puppies and kittens should receive their first vaccinations at 6-8 weeks of age. Repeat vaccinations (also known as boosters) are necessary every 2-4 weeks until puppies and kittens are 16-18 weeks old. 

Fecal examinations and deworming are also necessary every 2-4 weeks until puppies and kittens are 16-18 weeks old.

Microchipping is highly recommended for every pet, whether (s)he is a young puppy/kitten, or an adult, found, or rescued pet. Click here to look up a pet microchip ID number.
